These are amazing bikes, especially for the price. They can go 33 MPH and are a blast to ride! We purchased a set of two so my son and I could ride together. This is one of the best things I have ever done for us to do together. We ride every day around the neighborhood and take them to bike trails nearby. They have much more power than expected. You can ride them without pedaling at all, even up minor hills. The battery lasts for many hours regardless of speed. My fiance loves riding them, too. We get stopped in the neighborhood constantly with people asking where we got them. I cannot express how much fun my son and I have riding these together. If you're on the fence about buying an e-bike, this is the one. You won't be disappointed!

I have purchased two of these bikes which both work perfectly and have a top speed of about 30. I highly suggest replacing the tires immediately unless you ride on clean pavement. These bikes should have moped rated tires. Rear shock is too stiff for us at 135-155lbs but cheap swap. And the pedals are made of a weird plastic material that breaks quickly(odd because quality pedals are quite cheap) $15 and peace of mind. The value for the money is here 100%. But if you're going to charge offroad at 30mph or alongside cars on the road you may want to consider some safety upgrades(tires/pedals). I will say, however, the hydraulic brakes work excellent on my bikes and are suitable for the bike.

I chose the tan seat and tan side wall tires with magweels. I ride motorcycles, so I chose this model because it resembles a motorcycle. Everything about it reminds me of my dual sports. From the seat height to the front light to the handlebars the tires. It all reminds me of my dual sports. The suspension is not adjudouble and it's a bumpy ride off road. The bike does seem to be well built end of decent Quality. The price of the bike for what I got Was very reasonable. However the shipping was hard to swallow. Long story short I would purchase again.

The only complaint I would make would be nicer tires because mine were crooked and would make the bike wobble. This could also be because I drifted the bike a few times. But the quick responding warranty is helping me get the money right back for the tires. Overall this is the best budget bike you can buy and I would highly recommend.

My son got this for his birthday and was super excited to get it. Unfortunately the buttons for the horn and headlights were wired in reverse. I contacted support and they sent out a little adapter that arrived quickly and immediately fixed the issue. My son loves the bike and it has stood up this far to his riding. Finally something that gets him off of video games and out of the house getting some sunshine. We are very happy with the Ridstar bike and customer service.

Wow. I got a q20 for Christmas. At 52 years old, I felt like a little kid. I put over 300 miles on it since then. I do plan on getting a second battery for it- for longer trips. The original tires are holding up fine so far.
I did do a 32 mile trip a few weeks ago on one charge. I switched between throttle only and pedal assist. The battery was about to die right as I was getting back to my house. There were a few hills and I’m about 225 pounds. So that’s not bad I guess.
33 mph is plenty fast enough for me. This thing is so much fun.

Had one issue with the charger but customer service for ridstar has been extremely helpful. The communication is great and sent me a new one right away. 100% would recommend this company.
