Immediately after assembly it went up and down great but was stuck on the concrete floor and wouldn’t move without driver assistance.
I contacted Apollo and they quickly responded with an adjustment procedure to put more weight on the drive wheel. Appears to have fixed the issue and it’s running great at this time.
