Comfort: 10/10 the seat is well padded and comfortable for rides around an hour long, there is also space for a second person if you had kids who wanted to ride the bike around.
Speed: The bike has 5 levels, and the one I used previously had 9. I think 5 is a decent speed, but I wish it did have 1 or 2 more levels for when you wanted to get back up to speed quick if you have to stop for a railroad track or something on your path.
Light: Breaklights are great and 10/10. The headlight I would say is a 7/10. I wish it had a high beam mode or something to get more light out of it. You can adjust the angle of it with the screw, but it could be a bit brighter to see cracks.
Brakes: One thing that has been strange to comfortable with is the right side brake does the front instead of the rear, all other bikes I have been on were opposite, but the brakes are disk and work well to stop you.
Suspension: This bike has both front and rear suspension. I think he rear could be a bit firmer for heavier people as it does get bouncy, but if you are under like 220lb it will be fine. The front shock is as good as other bikes I have ridden. The tires are also large so you don't have to worry in some grass about getting around. Their size also adds to the comfort.
Battery: It shipped with a full battery. The battery also has a key to keep it locked on the bike. The range is about 40 miles using the pedal assistant and I have found its around half if you just use the motor and let it move you.
Display: The bike has a display to show speed, power setting, light status (dims when headlight is on), and battery as well as a mileage readout.
Note: The +/- controller has the power button on the bottom, the light on the left side. I did not pay attention to the manual and almost missed that.

customer service has been helpful and responded right away even over the holidays which is cool, they said they will send me a new battery I will update my review once I receive it and the bike works. It is a nice bike so I am praying this will fix the problem as it could easily be a 5 star item if it works 🤞🤞
The 750W brushless hub-drive motor is powerful enough to handle both casual rides and off-road adventures with ease. While the max speed is advertised as 28MPH, I've been consistently getting around 26-27MPH, which is still impressive and might vary for others.
One of the standout features for me is the full suspension system. The front fork absorber and rear suspension work together to provide a smooth and comfortable ride, even on bumpy terrain. The 20"×4.0 fat tires also contribute to the bike's excellent stability and traction.

Also, it is big enough for an adult. If you’re under 5 foot six. I would not recommend it. It’s a little too big.
The lady pictured here is 5 foot 10. And, it’s just about right. It weighs about 100 pounds nevertheless, It easily goes up a steep with the motor assist in any range.
The removable 48V 13Ah battery is super convenient, providing plenty of range for my daily commutes and weekend rides (I can easily hit around 46 miles on PAS mode). The fat tires offer excellent stability and grip, making this bike a dream to ride on sand, gravel, and even snow (this winter was perfecttime for me to try it on snow).
I also love the cruise control, which makes long rides more relaxing. Plus, the UL cert gives me peace of mind knowing the bike meets safety standards.

It’s very beautiful bike ,my familys are all like it .
it come with fat tire so the stability is excellent the motor is powerfully,easy to get the 20mph . we didn’t test the limits because we ride it just for fan not competition . The gear shifting is very smooth no any lag at all .and it have a big headlight that looks like motorcycle. After it came home ,We ride it everyday 1 hours no any issues. And I guess it could riding at last 3 or 4 hours if you drive it smoothly on 15mph . Also the shocks system and suspension are keeping the traveling smooth and comfortable. Brakes performs excellently enhancing more safety.
The only thing that I need mentioned is this bike not fit for kids little girls and elder . because the weight and height. I think the riders not lower than 5’7”. I hope manufacturer introducing a removable seat for easy height adjustment. If that this bike will perfect.
I'm 210 lbs, getting 18 mph electric only, and 27 mph when pedal assisted.
went 24 miles on initial charge and battery still showing 3/5 bars.
Assembly last night was straight-forward, simply follow the video and use included tools (or pull out a cordless driver and some sockets).
Charged the battery over night and fired it up this morning. Immediately got Error Mssg #3, looked in the manual and found a wire that I hadn't connected. Bam, up and running. Directions, videos, and manual in American English.
Started at level 1 to get the feel, very mild and comfortable, quickly worked up to #5 and ripped off down my roads. Hit 25 mph and had an absolute blast - Super Comfy.
Pros: UL listed battery - Don't buy an ebike without this! Mild, not torquey, plenty fast for an old guy with multiple back injuries. Simple to use, Strong, heavy bike with soft suspension.
750 Watt motor is considered a "pedal bike" by law so can go anywhere a regular bike goes.
Cons (for some of you, not me): not really a wheelie, stump jumper, burn out bike. Top speed mid-upper 20s. If that's what you need, you need to look at 1000-2000 Watt range.

The delivery was right on time. The packaging upon opening surpassed what my own expectations were. Safe snug and secure. It took quite some time to unpackage it all which shows the care put into it.
Within 25 minutes after prepping and getting everything together, the bike was together and he was off and running. It’s been two days and he’s still sticking with 2nd gear and staying around 23. It seems to be his comfort zone as he didn’t expect it to go that fast. It’s quite smooth and the suspension on this is crazy. We’ve been out watching him glide over curbs and other things in the neighborhood.

Update**** spoke with customer service and they made this bike way better. Boys can't be happier. Smooth ride, great suspension and easy to assemble. We'll worth the $$
The bike arrived very well packaged. I was able to manage the assembly by myself but if you have a second person to help it would be better. It took me 75 minutes to put it together after watching the video on youtube. The materials feel very sturdy. The bike is definitely for people 5ft4 and above.
The light is bright enough for night riding as it gets dark here at 5pm.
The bike acceleration is quite smooth with no jerking. And the disc brakes are good to stop fast moving bike.
I also like that the battery is detachable since it’s the most important and expensive part of the bike.
The bike ride is very smooth for 150lb rider like me.
Many of the other components are quite solid and have good looks. For example, the headlight and the frame and pedals. The headlight is quite bright. And the frame is built like a tank.
We are avid outdoorsmen and often find ourselves in the woods especially in fall and winter during white tail season.
This bike came in so nicely when getting out equipment out of the woods and can handle dirt, ice and snow with ease. The tires are similar to a fat tire bike with a dirt bike body-frame.
It has nice suspension to hand bumps and can accommodate for all different terrain. The seat is extra long so we can carry backpacks without worry- another big bonus of this bike is that the the seat itself is comfy as well! This battery lasts most of the evening and doesn’t give out in the cold weather.
I’ve bought a number of E-bikes over the years and this one is superior in the sense that it is more functional with all terrain and the tires have been the most forgiving with rocky terrain.

I did break a small bolt on the back and am trying to contact the seller to get a new part, i'm not sure how to do that. If the seller is seeing this please contact me so I can get a replacement part.

I contacted Amazon and started a claim , they advised me to contact the manufacturer as this bike has a 1 year warranty. The manufacturer responded within a few days and sent out a new controller. Then in March of 2025 one of the tires blew out , I contacted the manufacturer again and they sent out a replacement inner tube within 10 days . In April of 2025, the rear break line broke, I was like here we go again!! I emailed the manufacturer again, and they sent out a new break line within a 10 days . Then unfortunately in May the frame broke! I was so frustrated at this point , I paid a lot of money for this bike and it just kept breaking down time after time and we didn’t even have it for 6 months ! I emailed the manufacturer 1 last time and advised them what happens sent all the pictures. They were very prompt and sympathetic about the issues we had been having and got back to me within a week and advised me that they were sending a brand new bike directly from the manufacturer also stating they were not going to send a refurbished one which made me think.. hmmm maybe Amazon sent me a refurbished bike at the time of the initial purchase and that’s why it kept breaking down!! I only gave the bike 4 stars because the manufacturer was so responsive and really stood behind their warranty . We have the new bike now and fingers crossed ..
