We have a lower-priced robot vacuum that we have been using for a couple of years. We were more than happy with that one. It bounced around the house randomly vacuuming and kept our house pretty dog hair-free! Then we'd change the tank and we'd have it mop every couple of weeks or so and it did a fairly good job at that too. Never had a complaint.
My mother wanted to give us a gift this past Christmas that made our life easier. One of us has cancer and it had become increasingly difficult to keep up with house chores with all the travel, the chemo appointments that were 3 states away and balancing a career on top of food shopping, doctors appointments and the list unfortunately goes on. I knew what I wanted because I was so impressed with the less-featured robot vac that we currently had and how it gave me back some time for other things. It still required managing while it was running, but so inspired me to research more featured units.
My extensive research compared the Eufy Omni X10 with other much more expensive models. The review videos I saw online and magazine reviews I read occasionally had this model as a contender. Sweeping and mopping a 3000-square-foot home takes a lot of time. With that challenge also comes the age of the house. The transitions between older rooms and renovated rooms were a major obstacle for our current robot vac and mop, as well as having various-sized carpets on a parquet wood floor. It got stuck everywhere. The house constantly needed vacuuming and some of it needs vacuuming and mopping fairly frequently. Daunting for a machine to handle? Not this one...I am continually amazed by the precise cleaning this little robot does.
Upon initial setup, it took itself on a tour of our entire house (unaided by me) and mapped the house perfectly. I then went in and named the rooms and chose an easily customizable routine to do a food cleanup in our kitchen every night after dinner; it wakes up at 9 PM, heads to the kitchen and vacs and mops the whole floor, even has a setting to mop the edge which, takes a little longer, but impresses me. I now just sweep all the counter crumbs and bits and pieces of small food prep right onto the floor and walk away. I also have an every other day program that vaccuums some rooms, and both vac and mops other rooms. Bathrooms, I have it clean twice every other day. The unit knows when I've moved furniture and is able to go back and forth during it's cleaning cycle to empty the dust bag. clean it's mop heads, dry them off, get a little charge and head back to where it left off.
I also have 2 Jack Russells who shed a lot and get their dirty little paws on everything. The bot takes care of their little (filthy muddy) paw marks and the hair too. I never see it.
The only thing you need to do is take care of filling it with fresh water (and cleaning solution that you can buy separately from Eufy) and empty the dust bag and dirty water tank when it tells you. When the bot empties itself, it's about as loud as a normal vac so, I have it clean in the daytime so it doesn't interrupt sleeping. I also diligently clean the dirty mop tank and the tray the bot sits on in the home base. It's the least I can do for something that has given me back hours each week to enjoy with my spouse.
I don't give 5 stars easily to any product. But I can't recommend anything more strongly than this very smart little vac/mop bot. As always, order replacement items when you buy it, get an extended warranty and take care of it to ensure a long lifespan. This is a great product.
Now, if we only had a drone duster bot that could also do windows. I'm sure it's coming and when it comes to housework, I'll get that as well.
Me: Spends 3 days researching all current Robovacuums to find the best trial for our first robovac.
Results:
After 3 days of researching different robovacuums and price points I decided to surprise my fiancee by getting one of these to help upkeep on our home. We live in Las vegas and it gets dusty and our floors definitely can feel a bit chalky and also covered with pet hair. We would have to Vacuum daily and mop constantly. I was tired of my fiancee spending most the day cleaning (and yes she enjoys cleaning it calms her please dont judge i do my part around the house too!) and not being able to spend time with her. She didnt want me to buy it but I did. I waited at least a month of owning before writing this review.
3 days in i was having to remove the roller and cut off all the pet hair as the de-tangle comb wasnt working very well, but that is because there was so much of it and poor Johnny 5 (yes i named it!) was being over worked but he never gave up! After putting in all the hard work twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening for 2 weeks the house is completely different. Always clean floors i maybe have to cut off pet hair from the roller 1 every 2-3 weeks.
It took a while for the cleaning solution to come in so we had it mop with just water and the water coming out of the Dirty water bin was always dirty and murky much to my fiancees surprise saying it wouldn't do anything with just water but it did. Now that the solution finally arrived it makes the floors much cleaner and smelling a lot better with 3 animals running around.
The app is amazing takes a few mins to learn but able to program several "scenes" and "scenarios" definitely make it a breeze to recall tasks and program auto functions at certain times a day.
Ive created a Vacuum only scene for just the living room dining room and kitchen as well as a similar one just for bedrooms and hallway.
Then created similar ones that have vacuum and mop then again with both and deep cycle cleaning for any different stages of household dirt or accidents. Then ive made schedules to cleaning 2x a day ( now down to once since it has kept the house under control so well) as well as once a week on fridays to do a deep clean of the house.
In addition there is a section of the app that shows you how much is left on all the attachments like 30 hours remaining on roller or cleaning the sensors every 72 hours etc. Keeps you up to date on all your parts, lets you know when clean water is empty, dirty water is full, or cleaning the filter on the vacuum etc.
It also alerts to when something is stuck in the roller instead of just continuing and damaging it does stop and wait for help to arrive.
Only down side is it constantly eats up small cat toys, and doesn't always recognize cords but this to me is only 1% an issue compared to all the good it does and peace of mind it gives on a daily basis. It doesn't recognize as much as we thought it would but we have learned what it likes to try and eat and push those items into "no go zones" and all is well. Occasionally it tries to just roll over the table legs of our desk but it doesnt seem to mind the fact that its at a 15 degree angle from a flat floor and just continues on like nothing happened.
Neutral facts that does not bother us, when emptying vaccum and water it can get loud but i believe there is a way to set what times are quiet times for it to not do those functions. We never have it run anyways past evening times and if we need it to do something on the fly well be awake anyways so this feature is not something we use but i believe it does exist.
I also did not know Eufy was a side product of Anker and the battery is an Anker battery which makes me feel great as they make great products and i know this product if made like all their other products will last a long time.
Also i purchased this through amazon and 2 days later it went on sale directly on their website for $100 less and i contacted them and they happily credited me a refund for the difference the same day, great service! Also a bonus this is covered by the amazon complete home protect plan through asurion if you pay the $17.99 monthly to protect your other amazon purchases this is covered too!
In the end this is one of the best robovacs out there especially for those with pets. Dont get worried the first week or so will be rough but after that its been smooth sailing and now a everyday staple of our household my fiancee actually appreciates after tons of resentment towards it!
Object detection: 9/10
This does a fantastic job of detecting common objects that might cause problems. You get alerts on your phone and it takes a picture of the object it avoided so you can review what you had laying around your house. It did however pick up a small charging cable once, I think it just had one of those once in a thousand chances to approach the cable on the ground at a perpendicular angle while it was laid out straight on the ground so the camera had a hard time recognizing it. Grey cable over grey rug you know. But I chalk it up to a fluke as its detected the cable on the ground when its more bunched up rather than laid flat out. When it did vacuum up the cable the vacuums tangle detection went off right away and the vacuum stopped in its tracks to prevent any sort of damage
Vacuuming: 9/10
I love it but i will be hard pressed to give it a 10/10 on anything. Vacuuming works amazing for my modest apartment. I have no kids and no pets so it never has too much to pick up after it. The app allows you to set multiple type of modes from light vacuuming to more thorough deep clean. The vacuum itself it able to transition from my area rugs rather well, the only thing it seems to have issue with is lighter rugs but its more of a problem of those rugs then the vacuum. I can't expect the vacuum to be smart enough to avoid the curled up ends of my hallway runner and not fold it over itself.
My bathroom rugs are another story however. I have concrete floors and my mats slide around easily and because of this the vacuum can't properly drive on top of them, ends up just trying to push them around.
The auto-emptying feature can be a bit loud as well as the vacuum itself, I tend to let it run while i'm at work however so that has never been an issue for me. So nice coming home to a clean house every day!
Mopping: 8/10
Disclaimer I've only used the mopping feature a couple times. I haven't used it on anything extensive, ive had a few minor spills that it appears to mop up well. Mostly i've just been treating this as a light mopping to clean up day to day dirt that accumulates during the week, I choose to run the mop once a week for my kitchen. The main reason i knocked it down to 8 is when i've applied a deep clean and watched it I believe the mop might have a tendency to dry out and not enough water gets applied. It could also be some settings I need to better apply.
I will say I had some sticky spots on my floor and it cleaned it up properly so i'm 100% happy with it for my needs.
The full self drying and cleaning feature of the mop pads it wonderful as well! I would recommend emptying the dirty water tank day of cleaning or else I would imagine it would start to smell having dirty water just sitting in that container. Also emptying it out quickly means it only needs a quick rinse with clean water to keep any sort of smell from building up and sticking inside from the dirty water. Which for me is a concern since the docking station sits behind the couch for me.
AI Features:
- Object detection 9/10: as i went over above earlier
- Room Detection 10/10: Robot did a fantastic job mapping out different rooms in my house. Makes it so easy to explicitly tell it to clean certain rooms. For example due to my bathroom rugs I have it ignore vacuuming the bathroom on its daily task. Then on the weekend I can pull out my mats and send the bot to go clean just the bathroom, or I can set a weekly task for just mopping up the kitchen and main entryway
- All in one cleaning 10/10: You can set the robot to figure out when it should vacuum and mop. I have concrete floors with area rugs, the robot will map out and properly detect your carpet and will intelligently figure out it shouldn't mop your carpet and only mop the hardwood/concrete sections. In the map the app builds of your floor plan you can actually see it map out any carpet you have over hardwood floors.
All in all I would say the AI does better than advertised. A good example is on setup, they'll recommend you place the docking station somewhere with a good foot around both sides to make sure the robot can get back to the docking station and i've placed my docking station in a corner against a wall due to limited room. I can definitely see it have difficulty in navigating back to the docking station because it wants to make sure it doesnt scratch up the wall, but it always finds its way back with time. Ive tested placing it per recommendations and it has no issue navigating back to docking station immediately. but if you dont have a large place to put it, don't worry about having too much room on either side, just make sure you have a nice straight unobstructed path in front of it and it will be fine.
I was honestly feeling I was having trouble justifying the price of this just to keep my house clean, but honestly coming home to a freshly clean house everyday is a mental health game changer. Especially when you don't have to put in any physical effort to keep it moderately clean. I come home and see the clean lines on my carpet from my vacuum running earlier, any small spills making breakfast are cleaned up before I get home.
Another major bonus, since you can start cleanup tasks remotely. If you're out on a date and feel like you might bring your partner back home, or your out with any company and you know they'll be coming back to your place later to relax you can start a quick vacuum task to do a small bit of tidying up before anyone arrives telling it specifically to clean only the rooms where your guests might be relaxing!
Edit:
I would just like to give a few month update on this product since I know like myself hearing about how well these vacuums last after a few months is key. Vacuum is still a 10/10 for me. I come home to a clean home everyday after work, and it's fantastic to use for my kitchen after I just finished cooking, letting it mop up any liquids that fell and vacuum up the little bits of food. My house always feels spotless and clean and it's amazing.
Update. Eufy emailed me a return label and instructions to send back the base not the rob vac. I had saved the original box therefore, sending it back was not a problem. It took over a week to get a replacement base. I contacted Eufy per my concerns of this elapsed time were I was not able to continue testing the vacuum and its features within the 31 day timeframe for a full refund. They assured me they would extend this date by two weeks. I received the new base shortly after a week. When I returned the base I sent in the cord to the unit and left the vacuum bag installed. When I received the new base it was missing the cord and did not have a vacuum bag. I contacted Eufy and they assured me a cord and a pack of vacuum bags would be shipped. It’s been now almost one more week and I have yet to receive the shipment. For two weeks I haven’t been able to use the vacuum. Eufy did issue me a number to receive two wash pads for free. I had to go to a site through a link emailed to me and enter the code. Problem is, the code covered $10.00 of $12.00 cost do I had to pay $2.00. I contacted Eufy and they said they would reimburse me the $2.00 however, I would have to wait until I receive the pads and then I would need to contact them at such time. Now I’m waiting for the cord, vacuum bags and wash pads. Sorry this review has turned into a novel. I just want to put everything out there to help others to decide on a purchase. As for the vacuum and what I have experienced, while I was able to use it, I am very pleased with the results.
Received the new base and everything has worked exceptionally well. Whenever I send the support or customer service an email or a question they always respond immediately with an answer. This unit I would recommend to anybody who has animals. I’ve not had a problem with dog hair tangling in the brush. If someone in the family has long hair that will get tangled in the brush. Great little mid price vacuum fantastic customer service.
🧭 Mapping
Mapping was impressively accurate—about 95% correct on the first run and refined by the second. The main drawback is that the app auto-generates room boundaries and doesn’t let you manually adjust them. For example, my hallway partially merged into the living room, and there’s no way to fix it. You’re at the mercy of the app here.
🧹 Vacuuming
Vacuum performance is great. It picks up more visible hair from my rugs and carpets than the J7+, likely due to stronger suction and the brush-based roller. On hardwood, it really shines—I used to have a trail of dog hair under my TV stand after every Roomba run. The X10 eliminates that completely.
🐾 Hair Tangles
After about 14 runs (~900 sq ft each), I haven’t had to manually detangle the roller brush. The self-cleaning works well, but I do still have to clean hair from the roller ends—twice in a week so far, which is more frequent than I’m used to.
🧼 Mopping
Mopping is decent—it gets rid of stuck-on dirt in 2 passes about 90% of the time. The downside? The pads dry out quickly, even with the water setting maxed. It starts off strong when leaving the dock but loses effectiveness as the pads dry mid-cleaning. Still, my floors are noticeably cleaner than before.
🏠 Base Station
No complaints here. It consistently empties the bin, washes the mop pads, and dries them thoroughly. Just works.
🧠 Obstacle Avoidance
Almost flawless. It avoids toys, furniture, and hasn’t gotten stuck once. That said, it did fall down my stairs twice until I set up a virtual boundary.
⚠️ Sensor Sensitivity
The wall sensor throws errors easily if there’s any dust or hair on it—which is a bit annoying when you’ve got a shedding dog.
🔄 Updates
I’ve already received three firmware updates, currently on version 2.6. Good to see active development and bug fixes.
⸻
✅ Pros:
• Fantastic hair pickup (especially under furniture)
• Very low maintenance for hair tangles
• Effective hardwood vacuuming
• Accurate initial mapping
• Strong obstacle avoidance
• Dependable base station
• Regular firmware updates
❌ Cons:
• Can’t adjust room boundaries in the app
• Mop pads dry out too quickly
• Roller ends still need manual cleaning
• Fell down stairs until boundary was set
• Overly sensitive wall sensor
⸻
Final Verdict:
If you have pets and mostly low-pile carpets or hard floors, the X10 is a solid upgrade—especially over the Roomba J7+. It’s not perfect, but it’s smart, effective, and clearly improving with each update.
Setup was simple and seamless. The mapping is miles ahead of my previous supposedly great vacuums. Dividing and managing rooms actually works as it should and the schedule is very customizable. At the moment I have it clean my main floor everyday with the smart clean and a deep clean with extra water twice a week. I don't need to have it clean so much but I love to have it done. I also bring it upstairs twice a week and it will mop and clean there as well. The battery always gets the job done but does need to recharge during the deep cleans. I don't care if it needed to charge 5 times as long as it gets the job done.
My hardwood, tile floor and carpets are amazingly clean. I was worried that this vacuum would over avoid things and leave areas unclean but this is not a problem at all. It cleans, rarely gets stuck at all and squeezes in and out of tight spots when I was sure that it would need my help. After weeks of using it, it has ran over one small USB cable, got a thumb tack stuck in the roller which was my fault and had a penny jam the base dust suction which was also my fault. It cleaned around my Christmas tree and after a few cleans there were no pine needles in sight. My manual vacuum barely could do that job.
The mopping is one of my favorite features of this vacuum. I got tired of mopping all the time and this was one of the big reasons I decided to buy this vacuum along with hoping to not have to find my stuck vacuums anymore. I especially love how clean my tile and wood floors are now. I have it set to go back and clean the mops every 15 minutes.
My two downsides to this vacuum are both in the mopping department as well. If I could change one thing about this vacuum, I would add a swinging arm for the mop pad that other robot vacuums have. It does not get close enough around my island even with the edge mopping on and there is a tiny strip, less than a quarter of an inch around my walls that I can now see since the rest of my floors are so clean. My plan is to do a quick wipe around the edges with a rag. I can do something right? My other gripe is changing the water which I don't love doing but has to be done no matter what vacuum I chose. It tells me when to do it and I do it right away.
If I had to do it over, I would without a doubt purchase this exact vacuum again. It wasn't too expensive, especially with a payment plan. The arm doesn't swing but my house is 10 times cleaner and this vacuum is 100 times more reliable than any vacuum I've dealt with. I know what it will do and I trust that it will do it. It was a great purchase and worth every penny that I spent for it. This is my new favorite purchase for my house. If you are on the fence about this vacuum I would say buy it.
I’m coming from a 3 year old Roborock E5 which is an entry level unit from years ago that just bumps into things and does not have LiDAR nor cameras. It just bumps into stuff. I did not use it when an app. It was actually a solid machine and does really well considering it’s not that “smart”. It’s also a vacuum only. Looking back, the Roborock was very solid and I like the brand a lot.
However, I needed more features to get my house clean to how I want it and wanted to incorporate mopping. I was going to go for Roborock again because I’m usually loyal to brands that have done me well. However, these vacs have gotten ridiculously expensive!! I paid around $200 for my mine and this time around I wanted something top tier but that means you’re spending over $1,200 and that’s pretty ridiculous to me for a vacuum. I think these bots are worth it and I was close to buying the Saros 10 for $1599 but it occurred to me that since I was coming from such a basic bot, I would probably find something in the $700-1,000 range that would exceed my expectations since I’m not used to having the latest and greatest.
Long story short, I didn’t want to spend that much and held off. I watched a ton of review sites and videos and basically realized that a $700-1,000 vacuum will give you great performance. I ended up with the Mova P50 for $799. I’m VERY happy with it.
The truth is, IMO, is the Saros 10 a better vac? Probably. But is it $800 better? No way! Any vacuum over $1k will likely give you only marginally better performance than this Mova P50. I would wager, any top tier vac will give you $200-300 more value and if it were that much more for a Saros 10 maybe I would have gotten it. In the end, as I meditated on such a large purchase it really became clear that there was no way I was going to get $800 more in value going to a top tier vac after watching all the glowing reviews of this P50. It’s simply not going to happen.
The P50 does almost everything the more expensive bots do. I love the camera. I love how it takes pics of obstacles and sends me reports and maps my house in the app. I have no other app experience so I cannot compare it but I’m very happy with the app. Yes, there are a couple Chinese translation issues I’ve seen with the app/literature as other reviews have mentioned. Some of the wording could be more polished/accurate but it’s 90-95% good enough. I actually love the app after I used it a couple times. I use custom settings for all my scheduled cleanings. I think it’s way better.
I vacuum every night at 3am when everyone is sleeping it goes in all the rooms minus bedrooms. Then two nights a week it mops and vacs. I will say make sure you keep up with the vacuum if you mop. The mop will smear pet hair/dirt that may get brought in if you have pets that go outside. Since I vacuum every night it’s not a big deal but the first time I used it my floors were not so clean and the mop was going the same time as the vac and it cleaned but left some mess behind. But let me tell you, it’s insane how much dirt this thing pics up and the waste water bucket gets BLACK water in it. My floors don’t even seem that dirty since it vacuums every night but having dogs and kids it’s impossible to keep clean so the dirt is there even if it doesn’t seem that bad.
Now I only do the custom cleaning - not the preprogrammed smart or genius cleaning whatever they call it. So I can exclude mopping and make sure house is clean then on mop night it’s all good. I can also pick the vac power - I use turbo - and the water setting I use #14. I also turn off the “advanced” setting that makes sure the unit stays away from obstacles - it will already avoid most things by default but if you turn this on then it won’t go into many tight areas it should because the sensors think it’s too close. By turning this off it will bump into things a little bit more - not a lot - but will get everywhere you need it to. I also turn off the settings where it will circle stuff with the side brush or mop extender. This might be ok for some, but it will take much much longer for the bot to finish and it may not fit into some areas correctly as it tries to circle around objects but then might bump into something and get thrown off etc.
Once it maps your house - it does it automatically as it cleans - you can name the rooms and program which rooms you want it to clean and when and in what order with individual mop/vac settings. You can also just pick one room at any time and tell it to clean it and it will drive itself there and get the job done. I do this occasionally in the kitchen and dining room where food gets dropped.
Nothing really gets caught in the brush. It detangles itself and I agree works well. I use my Miele canister vac still for other jobs and to clean this bit and its sensors and occasionally the dust bin. Yes you still need to vacuum out the brush every couple weeks as it picks up lint, etc, but it doesn’t really get tangled and stays mostly clean.
Yes, you can also drive it around with your phone as a remote control and you see the video feed from the bot. I’ve used this and it’s a neat feature and you can check on things when you’re not home.
ONLY DOWNSIDE: 1) Twice in last month the auto emptying didn’t work. The contents of the dust bin stayed in dustbin and I noticed it wasn't sucking up much hair and voila the bin was packed. I found one of those metal twist ties was in the bin so it was blocking everything from coming out. I just take my Miele canister vac and clean it up and suck up the bin and put it back in service. 90% of the time the self emptying works but 10% of time the dust bin will get packed with dirt and dust to where it gets stuck (maybe gets damp from mopping?) and doesn’t want to come out with auto empty.
2) You do have to fill water bucket and empty waste bucket regularly. Little bit of effort but worth it.
Conclusion: Buy it. If you want close to “top tier” performance without top tier price - then this is your bot.
ORIGINAL: I am so sad. I literally spent hours looking for the ideal robot vacuum. And I quite honestly think this vacuum is fantastic -- it cleaned my house to the next level, its quiet and easy to use. BUT ... like others who have given negative reviews, the housing around the omni directional wheel just broke off. It was only delivered a week ago and I've only used it a few times.
I'm quite happy with the vacuum and how it works. It's quiet, navigates well and is fast. My floors have never been this clean before.
Dinging one star for lackluster privacy policy. The robot can take photos and even videos of my place but their privacy guarantees aren't up to par. For this level of privacy concern, nothing but end-to-end encryption of video and photo content is acceptable.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The front caster wheel of the vacuum broke within the first week of use.
I came back home to the robot vacuum that's parked in front of its base. It wasn't able to park after a couple of minutes trying. When I looked at it closer I discovered the missing caster wheel so I went around home looking for it. Soon I found the front caster wheel and a shattered piece of its supporting enclosure on a carpet.
Not something you'd expect to happen to an almost $1k purchase within the first week of use.
I love the sleek look of this unit. It looks nice in the corner of my living room, and blends in nicely, while also being centrally located in the house making it easy to maneuver. The mapping accuracy that you first need to do, is surprisingly accurate. It did a good job with the layout for the most part. The main cannister holds a clean and dirty water reservoir. I was shocked that both are such a large size! It’s easy to access these water chambers, and easy to remove for refilling or emptying as there are handles. Pull up and off ya go, it’s that simple. When in use, it’s surprisingly not as noisy as I expected. It’s not whisper quiet, but not loud either. I can easily run this while my husband teleworks from home without issue. I love that it mops and vacuums at the same time. The machine not only warms the mop water, but detects when the mop pads are dirty and the machine will dock itself, clean the mop pads, and send it back on its way to finish cleaning. It will also refill and empty the water, so that’s good if you have a large house. It went from the hard/tiled floor, to the carpet area without trouble. It also didn’t slam and run into furniture like other robot vacuums-thanks to the camera monitor. My only issue with the product is 1.- it doesn’t tell you what and where to buy the bags and mop cleaner refill. I searched the website and the instruction booklet and nothing. If the instructions say to only use a certain cleaner, said cleaner should be made to buy easily. My other issue is every few days or so, it will randomly talk like a Siri didn’t understand a command. “Please open your app to ……”
All in all, it’s a EXCELLENT product and a good value! Saves me time cleaning which is a huge win for me.
UPDATE:
MOVA reached out to me directly and provided me with a new unit that I just received on 4/24. I have yet to unbox it but their customer service was very helpful and responsive. Fingers crossed this habit doesn't have the same issue.
The setup was super easy, and the increased suction on this model really picks up the dirt. I also love its auto-emptying and cleaning of the mop heads. It is truly hands-free and saves so much time that I previously spent cleaning around the house.
I also like and would recommend this vacuum to others based on the many options it provides. You can tell it to vacuum only, set the floor style in each room (carpet vs. hardwood or tiles), program it to vacuum first before mopping, or just let its AI work and vacuum and mop at the same time.
You can't beat this Mova P10 Pro Ultra for the price, and I couldn't be happier with how it cleans and what an upgrade over other robot vacuums I have owned in the past
My GOD am I glad I did. I had no idea how much I had been missing! We have 2 dogs and a cat, and live more rural. That means dirty paws folks, and a lot of them. The mopping and vacuuming has been no short of amazeballs. Not amazing. Amazeballs. The app is intuitive except for not being able to rotate area rugs to fit the map better. It has made my life SO much easier. Object detection is pretty good, although it won't recognize cords on the ground all the time. Still it's far better than I'm used to so no complaints from me. The included floor cleaner smells nice, but it's very very mild so don't expect your floors to smell super fresh. You do see some swirl marks from the scrubbers so if that bugs you then getting a vac with a roller may be your only option.
Vacuuming is pretty quiet and I don't even find myself turning up the TV volume when running it. On max suction on rugs the noise is noticeably louder, but it doesn't even affect my pets and less noisy than a plug in vac. The one thing that is loud is the auto empty, but it's less noisy than my old shark was. The mop cleaning function has a whirring/pump noise to it, and when it sucks up the water it's about as loud as the suction noise you get when emptying a bath tub. I haven't had to clean the station yet as it's done a good job keeping itself clean, and the mop pads haven't smelled at all after drying either.
Still with no hiccups yet, and an unbroken wheel even though it bumps and jumps over hardwood room dividers, I am over the moon. It's such a great robot and worth it at MSRP. Way more worth it if you can catch it on sale.
Even at $550, I think I'd look elsewhere for a vacuum/mop combo. My two main reasons are:
1) I don't need all the extra crazy features. For example, you can tell this device to take pictures of your pets throughout the day, and send you notifications when it does. 2) I'm not sure of the availability of replacement parts. As of this review, I can't find anything branded as Mova that fits the bill. *However, the same company that makes this robot also apparently makes the "Dreamed" brand, so there is hopefully some compatibility between the two. It's not fun having to research it to figure that out, however.
Now to the functionality - it works great as a vacuum. It has a high def camera which it uses in real time to map out your floor plan, and it does this very accurately. While it vacuums, it uses this camera to avoid obstacles like the aforementioned pets. It also identifies other things, such as cleaning supplies (like a broom leaning in the corner), and avoid them. Not only does it avoid them, it also makes a record of them in the app, which then allows you to confirm the item that may be in the way. You can set how sensitive it is to identifying and avoiding these things, too. You can also manually choose areas for it to avoid. For example, I boxed off our cats' feeding area in the map on the app, as well as the corner where our Christmas tree was. These manual edits can be changed at any time.
The battery life is impressive. On my first vacuuming, it only dropped from 99% to 76% after running for about 80 minutes.
It is pretty quiet. I'm upgrading from a 20-year old Roomba, however, so my frame of reference is not great; that thing was loud. But my cats are not afraid of this new robot, and I think it's because of the low volume level. It is nice that this actually is a vacuum, too, and not just a sweeper like the old Roombas. It picks up a good deal more, and I don't even have it set to high suction (there are 3 suction levels to choose from in the app).
I have not yet used it to mop, but that will be coming very soon. There are a bunch of settings to choose from for mopping, too, which is good. I'm using this on an all-hardwood first floor, and don't want excess water to be left anywhere. Because of this, I have it set to low water usage. I also don't care to mop the floors every time that it vacuums, and this is a setting that can be changed manually, too! You can have it do both in the same session, or just vacuum, or just mop. They thought of everything when designing the app and all of the variable settings.
If they can make it more obvious how to get replacement parts, and how to get cleaning solution (or better - make your own, but I'm sure they don't want to tell people that), then I'd likely call this a five-star item at $450-550.
One feedback is I wish it didn’t use a dust bag in the docking station. Would prefer to just dump out the debris from a reusable container as opposed to having replace upon full.
Watching it clean was very interesting, it did a good job of avoiding objects on the floor (we have a toddler so there are quite a few) but also did a good job of coverage.
We've never had a vacuum with mop function but this one has done a good job of getting stains up from a hardwood.
Also it does a great job of detecting carpets and lifting up the mops and increasing suction.
So far we are impressed. I am very curious to see how long the disposable bags last.
I will update after a few weeks or if we see any issues.
I've unscrewed the side brush and cleaned (although there wasn't really anything to clean) and also tried replacing the side brush with a new one but still no luck.
Therefore, it's definitely not a software problem! I assume It’s a bad production!
* Update.
After contacting manufacture support team and going through all troubleshooting steps, unfortunately the issue was not solved.
Grateful to the seller that at last I’ve got a replacement despite the issues with the inventory.
I’ve been using the MOVA Robo Vacuum for about a week now and it’s been cleaning really well. It even went onto a bigger carpet I didn’t expect it to reach, and handled the transition between carpet and tile smoothly. I liked that the mop didn’t touch the carpet at all, which was a nice touch.
It’s also super customizable. Being able to schedule it for specific days of the week made things way more convenient. Overall, really happy with how it’s been working so far.
The P10 is great at both mopping and vacuuming. It's smart enough to find it's easy around our home without having to worry too much about picking up ahead of time. The object recognition isn't 100% but pretty dang good, and the app takes some getting used to. Yet, after a couple of weeks of regular use, we got it figured out. Or floors are great and or dust and dirt are way down.
The setup was straightforward, just unpack, follow the app’s instructions, and it was ready to go.
The cleaning performance is impressive. It picks up dust, pet hair, and crumbs from both carpets and hard floors. The extendable side brush and mop reach into corners and under furniture better than our previous robot vacuum.
One of our favorite features is the self-emptying and mop-cleaning dock. It automatically empties the dustbin and washes the mop with hot water.
It has made keeping our home clean much easier and more convenient. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient robot vacuum.
The broken wheel reviews made me hesitate even longer in buying it, but the P50 had been my top contender and when it went on sale I bought it and figured if I did have wheel issues I would return it. Luckily I did not and have not so far!(knock on hardwood floors). I'm happy I got it!
My Apartment
I have three free roaming pet rabbits, mostly hardwood floors in all rooms except the kitchen which is tile and the bathroom(which I clean with a mop). I sweep alot because of bunny hay, hair, and poop. Luckily their poop is super easy to sweep up. :) I've been using a vacuum only robot for the past three or four years and it worked well vacuuming but since I have mostly hard wood floors I wanted a robot that could do both. Mova P50 Ultra does both and pretty well too!
Pros:
It seems to both a great job and vacuuming and mopping. I haven't had any issues with the bunny hair getting tangled on the brush and unlike the previous vacuum only robot I was using, the entire contents of the dust bin in the robot dump into the dust bag in the base! The old one I'd always have to open up the robot and unclog it.
The mop works well for maintance mopping. If you have filthy dirty floors you haven't cleaned in forever I recommend taking a hand held mop and cleaning them first. Once you have clean floors, the MP50 does a great job at maintaining them. You can run a mop/vacuum at the same time sequence or a vacuum and mop separately sequence! One of the main reason I wanted the P50 was that I can have the robot automatically leave the mops in the base and do a full vacuum run and then come back, dump the debris in the back, automatially re-attach the mop pads and prep them and then mop only the floor areas! When it's done doing that it will go back to the base, clean the mop pads with hot water and them dry them with warm air! You can also leave the mop pads attached and have it just vacuum if you want. It will raise the mop pads up when it's on carpet. I prefer to have them detached when vacuuming because when the bunnies are molting the hair is all over.
The P50 also has a camera, light, and remote option where you can drive it around and see what your pets are doing. It also records while cleaning records items if you want and marks what they are on the History map if they are an obstruction and what type. For example, it will take picture of wires, pet poops, your pet, sneakers/shoes etc and flag them on the map with a viewable photo It knew a single tiny bunny poop was "pet feces" and marked it! It took a pictures of my two of my rabbits checking it out as i cleaned as well.
The app has MANY features and I'm still getting used to what settings work best for my cleanings. One issued I've had is when I had Obstace Avoidance turned on it didn't want to go through this narrow spot I have from getting from one room to the other. The space is about maybe 15 inches and there is a pet cage on one side and a fan on the other. It flagged those as obstructions because it's so narrow. I can turn off obstacle avoidance and it goes through just fine. I can turn it on again as it passes that point as well. The app and firmware seem to be updated regularly and they seem to fix any bugs that pop up.
Their customer support has always been quick to respond if I've had any questions via email so that's a plus!
Cons:
So far so good. I've held off reviewing the P50 because I wanted to run it through different task before I gave my opinion. The only issue I've had is with the obstacle avoidance and that can be turned on/off. I think it may make the robot a little too cautious when on, but as I've said you can turn it on/off on the fly so that's not really an issue in the end. I really have nothing to complain about honestly!
For the price, features, and performance I've experienced so far I defintely recommend the Mova P50 Ultra! It's a big upgrade from my previous vacuum only robot and hopefully make my life a little less hectic in trying to clean the floors and carpet with my bunny family. :)
Enter the Mova P10 Ultra. In short, this thing is AWESOME. Nothing is even close to it for the $500 I paid (on sale). The Eufy was a close second on how well it cleaned my floors, but it’s $550 (on sale) and it wouldn’t fit under my couch. The mova cleans my laminate floors amazingly, leaves no streaks and is honestly just effortlessly perfect. It cleans better than the $1600 Saros 10r did to be honest. I have the mova mapped to my upstairs and downstairs and changing between floors is easy. The base is awesome. It auto empties, washes the mops, dries the mops and injects cleaner into the clean water as it washes the mops. You just dump the dirty water and fill the clean water as needed. I’m someone that usually always the “top of the line” model of whatever I’m getting, but I can honestly say I’m very happy and comfortable owning this Mova. Great little robot.
The robot vacuum mob combo is currently sold for $1600 -750 coupon. This is a big price tag compared to most other robot vacuum/mop combos. The price tag is somewhat justified considering the camera, very advanced AI and excellent mapping algorithm.
The mapping of rooms and floors is way better than any other robot I have tested mainly due to to the camera. It avoids obstacles because it sees them and is even aware of stairs, carpets and other higher or lower objects within its path. That is very impressive. The robot will not fall down stairs or go onto some higher grounds easily.
Due to the camera, the mapping is also much faster and precise than other robots that need to ram every object 10 times before they learn they can't go to certain places.
The cleaning capabilities are good. I dislike the mop function. I feel it is messy and the cleaning capabilities aren't good enough to satisfy my standards. When vacuuming and mopping concurrently the robot tends to smear some dust and hair around that is still under the robot but hasn't been sucked in properly.
The station where the robot recharges is huge. Way bigger than any other self-emptying robot I had so far. The water tank also takes more space.
The battery isn't great. My apartment is small and it is able to finish my 500 sqft unit with 30% charge left. Most people will likely have way more area to cover.
Moreover, when the suction power is increased the battery drains much faster, barely finishing my apartment in one charge on the highest suction power.
Other robots I tested had way better battery performance, however, the camera and the mop function drains a lot of power. Mopping and vacuuming can be done separately or turned off via the app.
By far the biggest down side is the absence of spare parts. Mova is just starting as a company thus they do not have an online store to sell replacement vacuum bags or new brushes. Supposedly by February 2025 they will have spare parts available in Canada.
I give the robot 4 stars but I can't recommend it so far due to the limited availability of spare parts. I think next year this vacuum mop combo becomes more attractive.
I’m updating my review to reflect both my experience with the product and the exceptional customer service I received.
Unfortunately, just one week after using the Mova P10 Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum, it stopped detecting the clean water tank, making the mop function unusable. This was disappointing, especially after such a promising start.
That said, Mova’s customer support really impressed me. They reached out multiple times to follow up and ensure that my issue was being addressed. When the problem persisted, they suggested I return the product and even offered to reimburse the cost of the shipping box. Their level of courtesy and dedication made a big difference.
I understand that technical issues can happen with any device, and while this may not be a common problem, it’s reassuring to know that if something does go wrong, Mova stands behind their product and takes care of their customers.

Modified Review:
I regret to say I have to modify my initial review. After just one week of use, the Mova P10 Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum stopped functioning properly. It no longer detects the clean water tank, rendering the mop feature unusable.
Original Review:
I recently upgraded to the Mova P10 Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop, and it has truly transformed my home cleaning routine. This robot vacuum combines powerful suction with intelligent features that make maintaining a spotless home easier than ever.
Pros:
Outstanding Cleaning Performance: With a whopping 13,000Pa suction power, the Mova P10 Pro Ultra effortlessly picks up dirt, dust, and debris from both carpets and hard floors. The multi-surface adaptability ensures thorough cleaning no matter the flooring type.
Self-Cleaning Convenience: One of the standout features is its self-cleaning capability. After each cleaning cycle, the robot automatically washes and dries the mops, keeping them fresh and ready for the next use. This hands-off maintenance is incredibly convenient and saves a lot of time.
Intuitive App Control: The accompanying app is user-friendly and makes scheduling and monitoring cleaning sessions a breeze. I can easily set cleaning schedules, choose specific areas to clean, and even monitor the cleaning progress in real-time from my smartphone.
Self-Empty & Refill: After completing a full cleaning cycle, the vacuum autonomously empties its dustbin and refills its water tank. This feature minimizes the need for frequent manual intervention, making the entire cleaning process seamless and efficient.
Customizable Cleaning Modes: The ability to adjust mopping and suction power is fantastic. Whether I need a quick clean or a deep scrub, I can tailor the settings to suit my needs. Additionally, setting the number of cleaning rounds ensures that every corner of my home is addressed thoroughly.
360° Obstacle Avoidance: Equipped with advanced obstacle avoidance technology, the Mova P10 Pro Ultra navigates around furniture and other obstacles with ease, ensuring comprehensive coverage without getting stuck.
Cons:
Limited Under-Furniture Access: The robot struggles to pass under narrow tables and couches due to the bump on its head where the Lidar navigator is located. This limits its ability to clean those hard-to-reach areas effectively.
The suction on carpets isn’t as effective as I had hoped. It struggles to pick up debris from thicker carpet fibers, which is a bit disappointing.
The mopping function works well on recent stains but doesn’t seem to work well on older stains that have been sitting for a week or more. It leaves behind a bit of residue and some stains.
This robot vacuum is perfect for hard floors and routine cleaning, but it might not be the best choice if you have thick carpets or older stains to deal with. Despite these flaws, it’s still a very convenient and efficient tool for regular cleaning, and I would recommend it for homes with primarily hard floors!
The reason I give 4 stars is it doesn’t really detect my dog’s feces. It’s not a big problem because I can just look for it and clean it before running it. Although, it would’ve been nice so that I don’t have to worry.
Please look up product information; you have nothing to lose. If you don't like it, Amazon gives you one month to return it.
I also used it for mopping the kitchen, and it managed to get very muddy dog prints off the floor from the spring thaw with ease. Despite its incredibly high suction power for its class, it did not disturb us while we were watching TV as it drove through our carpeted living room. Overall, the MOVA P50 Ultra Pro has exceeded my expectations and is doing a much better job than my Eufy x10 did. I highly recommend it!
I particularly like the use of the app and scheduling so I can set a time to clean every day and forget it. The autonomous nature of the vacuum really is a complete package and I wonder now why we didn't get a robot vacuum sooner.
Recommended.
The mop is also fantastic. My kitchen floor looks better than when I hand mopped. I have only had for a few days but so far find this a 5 star plus product!! PS the long warranty is also a selling point as my other robot vacuums died way too quickly for the price.
One other minor negative is that the extending brush doesn't work on carpets. This was a problem with the Dreame L40, which is the twin to this vacuum, but the L40 had the issue recently fixed in a firmware update. Mova could easily fix this vacuum and could probably sort out the mopping carpet issue as well with firmware.
Another minor complaint is the app and navigation. I have a Roborock Q5 Pro. When I pull up the app while it's vacuuming, I see instantly where the vacuum is and where it is going. In the Mova app, it takes a good 5-10 seconds before it refreshes and shows me where the vacuum is. And I can't follow it on the app because it doesn't refresh fast enough. It also doesn't follow a precise path like the Q5 does. It's kind of random even though it does get most things, but there are a lot of times it just sits and spins and goes over an area 10 times. Just not as refined as the Roborock, but still cleans as well or better. This again could be fixed with firmware.
Now the good ...
1. the price on this thing makes it in a league of it's own. I got it for $729 CAD in March 2025. The closest vacuum in a Roborock is the Qrevo Master and that thing is around $1400 right now here in pay-more-for-everything Canada. The Dream L40 is around $900 right now though so it's not too far off, but still pretty much the same vacuum.
2. The vacuuming is great. Very good on carpets (even though the rotating brush isn't working) and gets 99% of stuff on non-carpeted floors.
3. Mopping is also great (other than the carpet issue). I'm amazed at how well it cleans the floor and the fact that all you have to do is fill the water tank is amazing. It does everything else itself.
4. The video navigation, while maybe a gimmick, is pretty cool in having a look around. I don't like the fact that it keeps saying that the camera is on ... give us an option to at least turn that off, but otherwise, useful to find my dog.
5. Obstacle avoidance is very good. It's so much better than my Roborock Q5. And I like that it takes a picture of an obstacle so you can see what it was.
For the price of it, it's hard to justify not keeping it. But for such amazing obstacle avoidance and carpet recognition, it's pretty annoying that it mops the carpet.
This robot handles it all. Very impressed. My wife loves it . It’s almost always working. Except for its charging breaks…
Not that long ago you had to spend 1000+ for a good combo.
Once I saw this robot I did my research and saw it’s a sub brand of dreamee which makes very good top tier vacuum/mops. Comparable to the 40 that was a top pick last year.
So I purchased it and have logged 800 hours so far. It only had issues the first couple of runs which is expected. But since it’s been amazing I use it every night.
The app isn’t as good as my Roborock but it’s good enough with a ton of settings.
For 499 this is an absolute great deal and I was prepared to spend more. I’m extremely happy it has every trick required anything else is really negligible.
Generally speaking the vacuum and app worked pretty well for the week I had it. Mostly simple set up. The main issue was that for some reason it couldn't connect to the clean water sensor/pump. I went through multiple support teams and none were able to provide a solution, they finally said just return to amazon. The price had gone up by the time I returned and the company wouldn't offer a price match ($100 difference). Disappointing to get that kind of support for a premium product like this.
After my initial review, MOVA reached out to me to help address my concerns. They ended up replacing my machine and it has been working so far without issue. I still haven’t had a problem with the wheel, as others reported, so my review is focused on my own experience. The mapping, cleaning and obstacle avoidance ability remains excellent.
Pro tip: put a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide in the sewage tank with a little bit of water to keep the dirty water from smelling. (This seems to keep it from smelling if it goes a few days without emptying. Great for times you leave the house for a period.)
**********
ORIGINAL: There is a common issue with the dirty water bin, where it doesn’t seal properly, resulting in an issue where the waste water sits in the washboard and doesn’t pump into the bin.
As long as the seals are in place properly, it helps to leave a couple inches of some clean water to help add weight and maintain a sealed connection. This is a manufactured defect in the design of the product.
For the price, this should have been addressed during QA and corrected prior to manufacturing. Hopefully, it will be resolved permanently.
The vacuuming and mopping seems to do the job quite well.
It's only gotten stuck once in a tricky spot (desk chair up against desk) but I assume as it learns this will not be an issue long term, in fact it was fine on it's second cleaning, so all is good there.
I haven't yet figured out how to tell it to avoid obstacles in the future without stopping the current job, but that may just be me needing to learn the app better.
For the price I am impressed.
Customer Service replaced my unit with a new one that came with a better wheel, as well as supplying me with replacement parts (mop pads, dust bags, etc) to make up for my inconvenience for a couple weeks without a vacuum/mop robot. So far it's been great! My family enjoys having a robot to vacuum and mop as it goes around our tile floor with a large area rug. If my unit takes another dump, I'll be back here.
Thank you MOVA Tech/Customer support Butters (I think thats his name, South Park comes to mind) and Damon for keeping me in the loop the entire process! Reach out to them if you have any problems with your unit.
Original 3 Star review
Purchased April 13, broke today April 25.
The small castor wheel broke on its own (there was nothing on the ground that could have broken the wheel, not stupid).
The robot vacuums and mops excellently though (tile, carpet, and rugs with 3 medium hair shedding dogs and lots of kids) when the wheel is intact! Self cleans and dries its mop pads at the dock. It also self empties the dirt (and tid bits) into a vacuum dustbag in the dock.
Just look up the robot on YouTube.
I called Mova support because it's only been about 2 weeks since I purchased this robot. I also got extended warranty from Amazon. Damon from Mova support was empathetic and explained this is a known manufacturer defect (like other comments on Amazon describe), apparently "some" units left the factory with a defective wheel (something like that), but customors are encouraged to call them ASAP if and when this happens. I will be receiving a new Mova P50 Pro Ultra in about 2 weeks once I receive their label and ship my broken robot with dock. Damon assured me this wheel will be better quality.
Giving this a 2nd chance once I get it.
Wish me luck!
Suction is also exceptionally good, along with serviceable mapping and good connectivity. There’s a video function that works well, and set up and day to day are fairly easy.
You can get more by paying more, but personally, I’d rather have the money than the marginally better superbots that cost almost twice as much.
When it comes to performance, this little powerhouse really delivers. The P50 Pro Ultra’s multi-stage suction effortlessly lifts dust, pet hair, and even the tougher debris like cereal or rice from corners and along baseboards. The built-in mopping attachment is equally impressive—leaving a streak-free finish on my kitchen and bathroom floors. I love that you can adjust suction and water flow settings in the app, so I get a customized clean in each room.
Battery life is outstanding—up to 150 minutes on a single charge in eco mode—so it easily handles my 1,500 sq ft apartment without needing a mid-cycle recharge. And when it does run low, it automatically returns to its dock, refuels, and picks up right where it left off. The self-emptying dustbin is a game-changer too; you only need to empty the base station every few weeks, which is a huge time-saver.
Finally, I appreciate the quiet operation (it’s much quieter than my old upright vacuum) and the sleek, low-profile design that slips under furniture. Voice control via Alexa and Google Assistant adds an extra layer of convenience. Overall, the Mova P50 Pro Ultra is worth every penny—five stars all the way for its smart features, powerful cleaning, and unbeatable convenience!
It mapped my home nicely, and I send it to the rooms that need it most. You do still need to pick up items to ensure it doesn't get caught, but that's way easier than actually having to vacuum.
The containers are very easy to empty, fill, and replace with water. I've been using it for about a month and the vacuum bag still has not needed replaced yet. Get this robot vacuum/mop and never look back!!
Better than I expected.
My wife says that she can't smell bad anymore in the morning.
I like very low noise.
I recommend strongly.
This is by far the best robot vacuum in the market right now.
If anything changes I’ll update the review.
I have two dogs & 4 children so I needed something special that wouldn’t run over things if they were left out. The obstacle avoidance is amazing on this thing! I love that it takes pictures and won’t go over something if it thinks it will get stuck. Definitely recommend this robot to everyone.
As a busy pet owner with a busy household, keeping my floors clean used to feel like a never-ending chore. Between pet hair, crumbs from my kids’ snacks, and the usual dust and debris, I was constantly sweeping or vacuuming. That all changed when I brought the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop into my life, and I can confidently say it’s been a transformative experience. This vacuum has not only made my home cleaner but has also given me back precious time and energy, making my daily routine more efficient and stress-free.
I have 4 kids, 3 large dogs, a cat and a husband. It cleans up after them extremely well and covers every square inch possible. It is as easy to maintain as a coffee maker I have to fill and empty the tanks every day but I have the settings set to where it uses a little more water.
It is so quite that you barely hear it running. (Might be a hazard as it took my 3 year old down in the hallway because she didn't hear/ see it lol)
My house is approximately 2100 sq ft and it cleans the whole house on a single charge.
The app is user friendly and well designed. The robot mapped my house in less than 10 minutes.
I did have to up the frequency that it emptied the dust bin. It would fill up and start dragging larger debris. Once it started emptying more it no longer had that issue.
The picture of the dirty water bin was from the first run it ever did in my house. To say I was amazed/ grossed out is an understatement.
The only complaint I really have is I just wish it had a lower profile. It's an easy enough problem to solve though. I just put risers under my bed and dressers so it would fit.
Old review: I didn't get to use it even a single time. As other reviewers have mentioned, there's some kind of defect with the front caster wheel. Mine arrived broken. There was no damage to the shipping box.
The first couple of days it was acting strange but after it had learned the floor plan it began the magic. My wife called it a “Little Mommy’s Helper“
Right now I'm waiting for another sale on this unit and we are getting another one for our second floor.
Pros: Good packaging, and quick shipping.
Very powerful vacuuming and mopping.
Great mapping of your floor plan, furniture, and obstructions.
Pets and kids friendly.
Battery life is really, really good.
Easy to work with App.
Yes, you can talk to it, directly or using Siri, Alexa, or Google.
Great Customer service response time, were very helpful.
Cons:
Still trying to teach it to make breakfast in the morning.
If you are one of the guys who like to play with remote-controlled cars this unit is for you, an RC unit with a Live Camera with 2 ways communication capabilities and your phone as a remote control unit. (From anywhere on this planet via an internet connection)
I've been using for a couple of weeks, at least daily, sometimes twice daily for a 2500 square foot floor with tile, hardwood and rugs. Works like a champ.
The mopping is perfect - super clean afterwards. Looking forward to ordering a second one to replace the first.
If you’re on the fence, buy it. It’s a life saver! I don’t know how I lived before this.
So far this robot vaccum/mop has been great. Im impressed on the amount of technology this little thing has pack in it. This is my first robot vaccum so i cant compare it anything.
The lidar has been great, it mapped the house (2,000 sqft) pretty quickly. It is best you pick up around the house.
Vaccuming so far has been great. It does leave some pet hair sometimes but the was medaited with increased vaccums.
Mopping is good, havent had big spills yet but so far its been great.
The app is great besides one thing, i wish you where able to import a map from one device to another. The app works best on a tablet, if you dont you may find it hard to adjust some things.
The station is easy to maintain. I like the fact it uses a vaccum bag. The cleaning solution works good but we are looking for a more affordable alternative.
On a 600sqft run, it used around 30% battery with mop/vac option. This was on a custom cleaning run, 1 vaccum run on standard and 1 mop run on standard. The setting was It charged from 30% to 100% in about 4 hours.
Overall at the $500-$600 price point, its a steal. The recommended msrp of $800 is still competitive but is going up against other contenders at that braket.
Ill leave a update in 6 months to let others know what i like anf dont like.
The app control is fantastic, letting me manage cleaning from anywhere. The "no-go zone" feature is particularly brilliant for tiled areas, ensuring it cleans exactly where I want.
This vacuum has completely solved my busy schedule problems. It keeps my floors consistently sparkling, taking a huge chore off my plate. Coming home to a clean floor without lifting a finger is a luxury I now depend on.
For anyone with a packed schedule and hard floors, the Mobile P10 is a highly recommended, smart, and efficient cleaning companion!
At first, I was impressed by the technology; it was fascinating to observe its functionality. However, the experience quickly deteriorated as the device repeatedly collided with furniture, creating a disruptive noise from its plastic casing against household objects, which was louder than its suction capabilities. Additionally, it regularly became stuck in corners. I reminded myself that these devices are designed to be intelligent and would learn over time, but with each subsequent use, it seemed to perform even worse. The incessant clattering of plastic on furniture became increasingly frustrating.
Therefore, I embarked on a mission to find a replacement vacuum that would address the shortcomings of my initial model. After conducting extensive research on reviews from various sources, including online forums like Reddit and Consumer Reports, one particular model consistently received high praise across the Internet. I decided to return the original vacuum and purchase this well-reviewed unit.
Upon unboxing the new vacuum, I immediately noticed the superior build quality. While it occupies a larger footprint at the charging dock, the trade-offs in features and functionality are well worth it. The device quickly learned and mapped my home, and the accompanying app allows for customization of maps and routines. Its obstacle avoidance capabilities are significantly enhanced, effortlessly navigating around and collecting hair and debris. I no longer have to endure the clattering sounds of the previous vacuum colliding with the legs of my dining room table and chairs.
The battery life is satisfactory, even when utilizing the more advanced vacuum and mop settings. The device autonomously returns to its charging base when the battery is low, then resumes its cleaning tasks once recharged. Additionally, the vacuum and mop feature includes self-emptying capabilities, and the mop component automatically fills with water and cleaning solution from the main tank. The mop heads are also cleaned at the base. Given the price point of this model, it certainly lives up to expectations, providing an impressive array of advanced features.
Walking around barefoot on the hard floor I didn't feel any dirt or crumbs left over after it was done. We have a couple rugs too and it detected them and turned up the suction power. Rug felt very clean as well and it picked up the mop heads as advertised too. The best part is how well the mopping worked though. We normally use a Bissell wet vacuum to clean the floors. I'll say that the water from this was dirtier than I've ever seen the Bissell. I.E. it did a much better job cleaning the floors than a dedicated wet vacuum did!
Besides when it ramped up the suction for the rugs it was very quiet. Even when it did ramp up it's still not obnoxiously loud and certainly quieter than a normal vacuum. It made cleaned and mopped a little more than 1400 sqft before it needed a recharge. Which I was happy with. Easy to refill the clean water, dump the dirty water, and the dust bag holds enough that I hopefully won't have to change it more than a few times a year. Overall I'm very happy with this vacuum. Looking forward to having hours of my life back and always having clean floors!
The base works great. Auto-empty, cleans the mop pads and dries them, refills the robots water tank, and alerts me when the clean water level is low.
The vacuum works well. I bought the separate roller brush as I have cats and carpet in one room. The vacuum has 4 suction settings in custom cleaning mode and the quiet mode is a lot quieter than my old iRobot. I’ve been utilizing the schedule cleaning feature for daily cleanings, as well as M-F only cleanings while I’m at work and have had no issues so far. Though if the robot is currently cleaning somewhere and a scheduled cleaning start time occurs, the robot will cancel that scheduled cleaning which is a little annoying. The mopping function works well. I let it mop every day and the clean water tank lasts about a week and a half. I’ve had no issues with the battery life, but it will go back to charge itself during a cleaning if the battery gets to low and resumes when the battery has reached a certain threshold. The pet detection mode is also nice and will take little videos of your pets.
One issue I have is that the side brush won’t extend on carpet, which is a little annoying against baseboards. Overall, it seems like a great robot vac/mop especially for the price. I’ve only had mine for a few weeks, but loving it so far!
Only downside I see so far: the vacuuming air outlet is in the back of the robot pointed downward. This is an issue because on higher suction settings, this exhaust is enough to blow around dust/stuff on the floor, meaning stuff can migrate to areas that the robot has already vacuumed.
I’ve been using the Mova for over a month now and this model exceeded my expectations and then some. The object recognition is fantastic, the suction power is so strong, battery life lasts a long time. I also love that it has large clean and dirty water tanks and can handle my two dogs worth of hair.
The app is very user friendly but I do wish it was more dynamic about recognizing rugs, because sometimes I move them out of the way to get the floors underneath clean and you have to add them back manually which isn’t the most accurate.
All in all, I’m so relieved to have a robot vacuum that I can trust will get the job done! My floors have never been cleaner.
Day 1-Auto Mapping took longer than I expected-about 1.5 hrs and the first full vacuum run took seemingly forever. But he was busy mapping the house, where the furniture is located, obstacles, carpeted areas, etc. After that I decided I wanted to run “Ricky” at night to clean the high traffic areas-walkway from the garage thru the laundry room, main hall, foyer, guest bathroom and kitchen.
Day 2-Daily In the morning, Ricky does the master bathroom. I also spent sometime creating virtual walls by the sliding glass door and the small step into our shower.
I also divided and merged spaces so that the kitchen now includes the living room side of the peninsula where the stools are located. Now I move the stools out of the way and Ricky eats the crumbs under the stools.
Day 3-I love Ricky…..
Day 4-how did I ever live without Ricky?
Week 2 - I continue to tweak. I changed the timing of when the schedules run and the order in which the rooms ate cleaned. I divided the kitchen into the main area of the kitchen and the end which I use as a sitting area. The kitchen is still cleaned every day and now the sitting area is on a weekly schedule with the remaining rooms. I’ll see how that goes. If I need to clean the sitting area more frequently I can easily schedule it to do so.
The daily schedule runs about 60 minutes. The rest of the house takes about 90 minutes. The house is one story and ~2500 sf, I don’t have pets, but I have wool rugs.
I love Ricky more each day. He does what I tell him to, when to do it. He stays on task - vacuums, mops, goes back to his base station when he’s done, dumps the crumbs in the bag, then cleans and dries his mop heads, charges his batteries and sends me a message about what he did and anything I should know about. Speaking about the messages, he lets me know he needs more water or to dump out the dirty water. Tip:spray Lysol in the dirty water bin to keep it fresh. Great product.!
First and foremost, the cleaning performance of the Mova P10 Pro Ultra is truly excellent. Both the vacuuming and mopping capabilities are top-notch. It picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair with remarkable efficiency on various floor types, leaving my carpets and hard floors visibly cleaner. But the mopping function? That's where it really shines. It tackles spills and everyday grime with surprising effectiveness, leaving my floors noticeably spotless and streak-free.
Battery life is another area where the Mova P10 Pro Ultra shines. My house has a cleaning area of approximately 1750 square feet, and I was genuinely impressed that it completed my entire floor plan on one charge, with plenty of battery life left over. This means no more mid-clean recharges, which is a huge convenience.
The companion app is a dream to use – intuitive, easy to navigate, and it truly has all the bells and whistles. From customizable cleaning modes and virtual no-go zones to detailed mapping and precise scheduling, every feature I could possibly want is there, and it's all laid out in a user-friendly manner.
When it comes to navigation and obstacle avoidance, the P10 Pro Ultra is simply superb. It maps out my home quickly and accurately, moving logically from room to room. I've watched it expertly maneuver around furniture, cords, and even stray shoes without getting stuck or causing a fuss. It's smart, efficient, and rarely needs intervention.
Considering its all-around performance, features, and reliability, this robot vacuum and mop is every bit worth the $600 price tag.
That done, it was time to clean! I left it on basically auto everything except the camera capturing photos. Selected the rooms to clean and it got its mop pads spinning! About half way through it returned to the dock to the mop pads. I thought for sure it was a gimmick but it’s not!
Once it refreshed the mops and emptied the dust bin; robot went back at it. I am so pleased with its performance right out of the box.
It picks up dust well on the standard vacuum setting, and I haven’t needed to use full power yet. The battery holds up nicely. I love that it talks and announces what it’s doing, and the mopping function works great—you can see a clear difference after it’s done. The app is very informative and easy to use. Overall, the functionality is excellent.
