Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Exceptions:

  • Defective or damaged items (see Section 4).
  • Incorrect or wrong items received (see Section 5).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Customer Service via email:

    Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Pack the item securely using the original packaging.
  • Ship the return using a traceable shipping method (e.g., DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • No COD returns accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your return, we inspect the item and process refunds within 72 hours.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Do not return the item.
  • Email us at contact@sobmart.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos showing the damage or defect
  • We will ship you a free replacement immediately.

5. Incorrect or Wrong Items

  • Email us at contact@sobmart.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the incorrect item
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Once we confirm the return tracking, we will send the correct item promptly.

6. Exchanges

  • For exchanges, contact us at contact@sobmart.com for instructions.
  • There are no restocking fees for exchanges.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders ship quickly, so please contact us immediately if you want to cancel.
  • If the order has already shipped, you may return it following our return policy upon delivery.

8. Change of Mind

  • Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

9. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged.
