1. Eligibility Requirements

Retailers must have:

  • A physical storefront (with or without e-commerce) OR
  • An established online store with a verifiable customer base

Not permitted:

  • Third-party marketplace sellers (Amazon, Etsy, eBay)
  • Personal use purchases

All applications are subject to vetting and approval.

2. Pricing Structure

  • All prices are in USD.
  • Pricing exclusive to verified resellers.
  • Volume discounts available for:
    • Orders over $5,000 (custom quotes).
    • Contractual agreements.

3. Order & Payment Terms

Payment methods:

  • Invoice (USD) upon request.
  • 100% prepayment required.

Fulfillment:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Ships from: 13750 State Road, Bensalem, Pennsylvania, 19020, United States.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping on all wholesale orders.
  • Import duties and taxes are the retailer’s responsibility.
  • Damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

5. Compliance & Enforcement

  • Resellers must maintain active business status.
  • Sobmart reserves the right to:
    • Cancel orders with unauthorized discounts.
    • Terminate accounts for policy violations.
    • Adjust terms with 30-day notice.

6. Returns & Damages

  • Damaged items: Email photos within 5 days.
  • Wrong items: Contact immediately.
  • No returns for change of mind.
