They didn’t even try to make it look like new. The mop pads are completely used up and smell horrible! There is hair and other crud wound up in the rollers. The mop pad cleaning area has caked on dirt and there is already a full dust bag in the base. Absolutely disgusting and disgrace. I was looking so forward to this thing. I wish I could give negative stars.

Spoke with eufy customer service about this issue. The lady I spoke with said she would send me an email with a link to upload photos and finish my claim, then she would send me a brand new one along with a shipping label to return the used model I was originally sent. She told me that there “email servers are slow” and to expect the email in 7-8 minutes. The email never came and I didn’t realize it but she told me that 5 minutes before customer service closed for the day. I emailed customer service last night to start a physical timeline of this process and received the following offer in return…
“To address your concerns promptly, could you please confirm if the current condition of the device affects its functionality? If the device is still operational, we would like to offer you a complimentary accessory pack, including new mop pads, as a gesture of goodwill and to enhance your feeling with our product.”
So in other words, their solution is to send me a “complimentary” accessory pack so that I get to clean and perform maintenance on a used vacuum/mop before I use it, but only after I let it run a full cleaning cycle to spread the unknown filth that is caked on the mop pads and wrapped around the roller around my house. I escalated my claim and am waiting to hear back.

Eufy customer support stepped up. Simple misunderstanding initially with the email communication but according to them, the initial issue with being send a used model was solely Amazons fault. Whether that is true or not, they did an excellent job with guest recovery and I am overall very pleased with the company and the product. This situation has been resolved appropriately by dealing directly with Eufy customer support. I changed the review from 1 star to 4. The missing star is a reflection on Amazons failure, not Eufy.
