Amazing bikes!!!

Bought two for me and my fiance. We rode these bikes for 60miles already.. they handle AMAZING! Assembly is pretty easy if you watch the video first.. we rode on level 1 peddle assist for 20miles with level 2,3 throttle power only for short burst to recover a bit from peddling (still a work out!) 3 1/2? Hours later we only brought the battery down one bar.. than we rode all the way back to our parking spot.. which were about another 9 miles, I used level 3,4 throttle only.. and the hatter stayed at about 80%… we enjoyed the view around while on paths.. the pedal assist and throttle is perfect!! Also the ride quality is superb!! The seat personally is perfect! But my fiance would like a wider seat… the fat tires are perfect!! Riding over sand or grass or mud!! Easy peasy!! I highly recommend this ebike!! Customer service is amazing!! I had a broken right brake lever and they quickly responded and are sending me a replacement.

Bike is well built and parts fit correctly. Easy assembly although instructions could be more descriptive. All tools needed for assembly are included in a plastic pouch. Packaging was very supportive and parts well protected. Back light also lights up.

This bike has delivered in every way possible. It can go on the road at 30 mph,if you would like, it goes uphill, down hill, and off road with no problems. We always get compliments on how nice the bike looks when we are out and about. And a few extra looks 👀 from people passing by. And the customer service was great. They resolved an issue we had with shipping without hesitation. They were with us the whole step of way with curtesy and always a fast response to our questions. As there are many choices and is difficult to decide on one specific e-bike, I am very happy with our purchase of this bike😁

I love this bike, love the color but didn't like the small seat so I swapped the seat with a larger and more comfortable seat. Now I'm ready to ride it. I just assembled it and didn't take it out for a ride yet. I did notice a rather large paint chip from the tire axel when I took off all the foam packing. I wrote to Velectric for possible paint to fix this as I don't want my bike to rust. Waiting for their response.

No problems with seller .. but if you’re skinny about 5ft and not so strong like me I wouldn’t recommend this bike. The bike is heavy even without cargo.. I would change the seat as well if you’re using this for commute. Overall great bike.! I just need to ride this more to get used to it!

Just built & Tried E-Bike, got it as a Christmas present. I’ve already received compliments about how pretty the bike is.
7 speeds, Manual or Electric amazing. Everything works great so far.
The only thing slight worry is I wish the right handle bar was a little longer, sometimes when you are turning and you grab the handle bars or slight braking you can accidentally hit the throttle, therefore it would feel safer so that you can grab the handle without accidentally hitting the throttle. 1 other thing not a big problem but wish it had somewhere for an additional rider to put their feet on in case you want to ride someone in the back with you.Other than that, can’t wait to try it out on longer distances. Beautiful looking E-Bike
