I have about 150 miles on mine, 1/2 on road 1/2 off road. It feels kind of squirrely at first but you get used to it. As is the 1 power level is really weak only about 12-15 mph and real sluggish. The second was much better and third scary off road. After getting the dongle and tuning just the percentage of speed in gears, it it goes 20 in low 25 in medium and haven't topped it out yet 33 so far.
I am 76 years old and 230 6'3" so I probably look like a monkey riding a football, but this thing is fun! I have been riding bicycles, motorcycles and e-bikes for many years, and this is really great.
It was pretty easy to assemble, the foot pegs are the trickiest part. I didn't put the front fender on as looks like crap, I added a front and rear light.

the light is bright enough to ride off road at night, taillight senses braking and gets brighter and the rear view mirror is just safety! The battery is dependent on many things, weight, hills, ground (dirt, gravel, sand), speed but I can get 20 miles really easy, maybe 30+ if it was road only.
The controller will handle up to 72v batteries if reprogrammed, the amperage is limited by the controller so big high draw motors will require a upgrade. I would like the 60V 30AH battery, increase in power and range.
Also the tires and wheels can be changed to 14" rear 17" front, Amazon sells the sets ~~$200 with tires.
Got the bike assembled and my kid loves it! I'm a big guy and I was able to ride it. My older boys like it too because it is light and they can catch air easier than on my bike.
Advertised to go 37 mph. We hit 36.2 so it is about right there. This is a lot of bike for the price! Battery last about 1.5 hours (ish). Good enough for a day trip. Surprisingly, it is louder than my talaria, but my talaria was over triple the price.
The bike is not excessively heavy, and I actually transported it on my Kuat bike rack without incident. If I had a search for anything negative, I would say the chain tension adjustment is challenging should the chain become loose as a requires loosening multiple bolts and adjusting screws to get the right tension while keeping the rear wheel still in perfect alignment.
We ordered a front and rear add-on light as well
Also, another strong consideration is that we were able to have this shipped when we purchased it on Amazon for free. All the other bikes we looked at would’ve cost us $500 to ship so this really adds to the value.
..pls the instructions were kinda not there didn't tell you theres plastic on the front brake handle whichake it impossible to buy the disc in the brakes or that the brake handles have to look like the photo with the big squares facing up. Good quality. Looks cool. Definitely value. And battery pretty good. Definitely gonna upgrade this thing.
One thing I would do for new owners is pull the bolts out of the break calipers and add some lock tight then retighten. They will come loose if not.
I did have my discharge port fail on me due to a loose connection. While it took a little back and forth and everyone may not appreciate this the company had me diagnose a few things with a multi meter then send me replacements parts free of charge. To their credit they even uploaded a brand new you tube video on how to replace these parts. They’re a smaller company so can’t afford to just send out a new battery which I get. I feel they went above and beyond getting the bike back on the road.

Overall I'd rate this bike a solid 8 out of 10. I cut 2 points for low max range (27 miles)
Bought a ebox 2.0 box came all damaged and plus bike came with a bad controller took almost a month to ride the ebox plus 1700$
Tuttio 1300$ shipped box in excellent condition very well packaged no issues.
Forget mototec ebox go with Tuttio 💯🤟🤟🤟
Bummer the footpeg was cracked on onside but I changed them out anyway.
Front fender is floppy. I changed it out for a cr50 black front fender and fit perfectly.
Performance-wise, the Tuttio delivers. It's powerful but manageable, giving our boy trill he was looking while giving us peace of mind how well it handles. Whether he's on trails or in open areas, the bike performs with consistency and control. It's clearly engineered with real care and attention.
But what really stood out was the customer service. It felt like we were working with not a company but family in the best way possible. The Tuttio team was incredibly helpful, patient with our questions, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. This kind of old-school, top-tier service is incredible rare these days and made the whole experience feel very personal and trustworthy. As parents, we couldn't ask for more. The Tuttio bike has been a fantastic investment- for fun, for quality and, for the kind of support that makes all the difference. Thank you, Tuttio family and, specifically, Connie! You are incredible!
Update to this review (4/28). I was contacted by customer service and they are working with me to make this right. I am hopeful the bike will be up and running soon.

For the money it’s solid
UPDATE: I've seen people complain about customer support for the bike, but I've have none such experience. I've been working with Support on a minor issue over the past few days and they've been so fantastic in helping me troubleshoot and find a resolution. The bike is still fun as heck months later and my son loves it!
The bike came and took me only 1 hour to assemble it and on the road it went SUPER FUN bike and highly recommend to anyone that’s 14 and up that’s looking to have fun with friends and get good at wheelies!😛👌
It’s got some good speed, however it lacks in quickness a little. It’s very nimble and has good suspension and exceptional brakes right out of the box. Very easy assembly.
Overall it’s a perfect beginner bike without feeling left out of the loop too much, and a simple enough bike to learn how these things operate. Very upgradable
Performance-wise, it’s been fantastic. Whether I’m using it at home or on the go, it’s reliable and consistent every time. Plus, it looks great — I’ve actually gotten a few compliments on it already! Definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for something that feels high-end without being overly complicated.
Would 100% recommend the Tuttio Soleil 01 to anyone on the fence. It’s one of those products you’ll be glad you picked up!
The battery is super easy to pull out and swap, which is huge if you’re out for longer rides or need to charge separately. I also love that the tools it comes with are compact enough to keep with you for any quick trail fixes.
Performance-wise, it goes uphill in sport mode with no problem. Only thing to note is that the battery indicator isn’t very linear — it stayed at 4 out of 5 bars for 10 miles, then dropped quickly to 1 bar over the next 3 miles while riding hills. I got about 17 miles total range, but that’s with a lot of stop-and-go through city parks and connecting trails.
Overall, I’m really impressed. It’s fun, simple, and does what it promises. Great for short adventure rides and local commuting.
