   Bought two for me and my fiance. We rode these bikes for 60miles already.. they handle AMAZING! Assembly is pretty easy if you watch the video first.. we rode on level 1 peddle assist for 20miles with level 2,3 throttle power only for short burst to recover a bit from peddling (still a work out!) 3 1/2? Hours later we only brought the battery down one bar.. than we rode all the way back to our parking spot.. which were about another 9 miles, I used level 3,4 throttle only.. and the hatter stayed at about 80%… we enjoyed the view around while on paths.. the pedal assist and throttle is perfect!! Also the ride quality is superb!! The seat personally is perfect! But my fiance would like a wider seat… the fat tires are perfect!! Riding over sand or grass or mud!! Easy peasy!! I highly recommend this ebike!! Customer service is amazing!! I had a broken right brake lever and they quickly responded and are sending me a replacement.

   Great bike for the money. After many months spent reading reviews and doing research- I came across the EUY F7 foldable bike with large battery capacity and 750 watt motor. I knew that I wanted to climb hills and ride trails. The F7 has been a joy to ride through the local streets and trails galore- 392 miles to date. I was nearly paralyzed from the neck down to my toes - severe spinal cord compression C3-C4. I could hardly walk without falling- hardly button a shirt- constantly dropping my drink/ phone / keys- etc. Post surgery ( spinal cord decompression- 6/2021) my initial rehabilitation was resistance bands and walking with a pair of carbon fiber hiking sticks. January 2023 - I purchased the EUY F7 - It has opened up my world. I have the ability to adjust how much assistance I want/need and explore so many places. This has been great for my body, mind and soul. Loosing the ability to use your arms and legs is beyond scary (& depressing) . This F7 has Fat tires, big battery , & a bigger 750 watt motor that gives me the ability to tackle trails and hills, quick trips to the local hardware & grocery stores. I even road to the local historic village to meet some friends (11.2 miles each way) a couple weeks ago. My legs are getting stronger (waking up) and the F7 has really helped with my progress. I am always pedaling with different levels of assistance & gear selection -depending on terrain, incline, headwind & ability. Customer service has been great too- from setting the programmable parameters to maintenance recommendations/ adjustments. They respond within 24 hrs and include attached photos for clarity.

   My brother owns a few e-bikes and when I visited him I tried them out and decided I wanted to get one. I knew I wanted a folding bike because of storage and easy to transport, I wanted two bikes (one for me and one for my wife), wanted a big battery for long rides, and not more than $1,200 per bike. The bikes were easy to put together (one had a few scratches on it out of the box) and took my son and I about an hour to but them together, adjust the brakes, attach the headlights, and read through the basics in the manual. Our first ride (6 miles) the bikes did well mechanically but lots of goat heads/brambles in the tires. I spent additional money putting liners in the tires and that made a huge difference. If you are going to ride these ANYWHERE other than pavement--get tire liners. The tires are very thin. We are planning some bike trips in Northern Idaho this summer and excited to tray them out on multi-day rides.

   Received the bike ahead of the scheduled date. The instructions were clear and assemble was easy. The bike looks good, performs well, and I am very pleased with the purchase. As stated in some of the other reviews the customer service is top notch. After the initial assembly I needed to make an adjustment to the handlebars and will doing so I over tightened the top clamp and broke it. I contacted the company and told them what had happened and asked to purchase a replacement part. They are sending me the part free of charge. Can’t ask for more than a good product for a good price and a company that stands behind what they sell.

We always get compliments on how nice the bike looks when we are out and about. And a few extra looks 👀 from people passing by. And the customer service was great. They resolved an issue we had with shipping without hesitation. They were with us the whole step of way with curtesy and always a fast response to our questions. As there are many choices and is difficult to decide on one specific e-bike, I am very happy with our purchase of this bike😁

I just assembled it and didn't take it out for a ride yet. I did notice a rather large paint chip from the tire axel when I took off all the foam packing. I wrote to Velectric for possible paint to fix this as I don't want my bike to rust. Waiting for their response.

   For the price this bike is amazing. I used it to get around at the worlds biggest overland expo. Then rode it exploring some offshoot trails on the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
   I'm 6ft 10 - 270lbs. (No, not kidding). It carries me no problem. Range is good, although I haven't pushed it to it's limits i have gone 12 miles on about half a charge with moderate peddling.
   I would absolutely recommend this little thing even for bigger people.

   Package is heavy and helps to have a 2nd person when handling. Pretty simple to unpack and put together. Seat is eh like most stock bicycle seats but that can be easily upgraded. Does 30mph like advertised according to the monitor. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.
   Almost bought the rest basket for the extra $150. Sure glad I DID NOT. Right after purchasing, I seen a rear basket for around $40 that came with an insert to keep things from falling through, a bungee net to secure items in the basket and also a waterproof cover. So instead of just the metal basket for $150, I got one that looks very similar and comes with all the accessories for $40. Big savings there. Don't understand the mark up for a simple pot metal China basket. Save yourself money and get one from a different source. Thank me later.

   Just built & Tried E-Bike, got it as a Christmas present. I’ve already received compliments about how pretty the bike is.
   7 speeds, Manual or Electric amazing. Everything works great so far.
   The only thing slight worry is I wish the right handle bar was a little longer, sometimes when you are turning and you grab the handle bars or slight braking you can accidentally hit the throttle, therefore it would feel safer so that you can grab the handle without accidentally hitting the throttle. 1 other thing not a big problem but wish it had somewhere for an additional rider to put their feet on in case you want to ride someone in the back with you.Other than that, can’t wait to try it out on longer distances. Beautiful looking E-Bike

I like the very comfortable handle grips , the neatness of the cables and their perfect placement. I am 5 foot tall perfect size bike on the lowest setting for seat. The weight is around 70 lbs but I'm thinking that will soon not be a second thought with regular riding and gaining skill. I looked at a lot of bikes. I made the right choice with this one . No doubt

   I love this bike. It’s very well built although it is a bit heavy weighing in at about 80 pounds with the battery. It gives a very smooth ride. I love the 4 x 20 tires because they’re great for all terrain. This bike does have good speed. However, this bike does not get 60 to 70 miles per charge with pedal assist. I have used almost always pedal assist on my first rides and it got about 21 1/2 miles for a full charge. That being said, I still love this bike and would definitely buy another. I will update my review when I’ve had it a little longer.

I am enjoying it and got it up to 34 mph. Battery lasts a couple of days depending on use and charges up in a decent amount of time

I love that the accelerator is on the handlebar and you just turn it, instead of having to push a lever like on some e-bikes. I did get a more comfortable seat than the one that came with this bike, but for the price the bike is fantastic.

   It was pretty easy to put together but the YouTube video wasn’t as much help as you’d think. The basket didn’t arrive at the same time the bike was delivered, but it does say to wait 2-3 days before contacting customer service. I haven’t been able to take it for a test ride yet, but I’ll update my review later.

   Nice bike, so far so good. However, it should have Hydraulic brakes for safety and the seat is just ok.
   The rear rack is pretty good, but needs side slots for saddlebags.
   The throttle takes a bit of getting accustomed to, it would be better as thumb drive than as it is as a motorcycle throttle.
   For the money, it is well built and a good value.

   Initially, upon receiving the bike had had an issue the customer service for this bike by the seller was excellent
   They went above and beyond to to resolve my issue and make sure I was happy.
   I am really glad I got to keep the bike and didn’t have to send it back. I really like the power and battery life. The overall performance on this bike is top-notch and has a smooth ride. It even has a rear brake light and a horn.
   I would recommend this E bike to everyone and what makes it even better is that the seller has your back in case something goes wrong. Money well spent thank you.
